1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products on Sanatan Drip are custom printed-on-demand at the time of your purchase in collaboration with our manufacturing and logistics partner, Qikink.

• Processing Time: It takes 2 to 4 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your products.
• Shipping Duration: Once dispatched, shipping takes 5 to 9 business days across India.
• Delivery Partners: Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.) with end-to-end tracking provided via SMS/Email.
• Address Accuracy: Ensure your delivery details and pincode are correct. Packages returned to origin (RTO) due to wrong addresses will incur a re-shipping fee.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Because every single garment is uniquely custom-made and printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size choice, or change of mind.

We only offer free replacements or refunds in the following scenarios:

• The item has manufacturing defects (e.g. stitching or fabric tears).
• The print design is incorrect, faded, or misaligned.
• The product arrived damaged in transit.
• You received the wrong size, color, or item entirely.

How to claim a replacement: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery to fysuman20@gmail.com (or via the WhatsApp button) with clear photos and a brief unboxing video showing the defect. Once validated, a brand new product will be printed and shipped at no cost.

3. Payments & COD

We support safe online transactions including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pincodes across India. For COD orders, please ensure you are available to receive calls and pay the exact amount to the courier agent.

4. Design & Sizing Disclaimers

Color Matching: Minor color variations between the physical print and screen displays are considered normal. Refer to our size charts on each product detail section before placing an order to ensure a proper fit.
